What kind of fabric is used?
The highest quality 100% cotton fabric is used for all of my handcrafted items.
Do the items wash well?
The fabric and batting for the potholders and bibs are pre-washed so they do not become distorted after washing. Pillowcase fabric is not pre-washed, however they do wash beautifully and maintain their quaility after repeated washings and feel soft and comfortable against the face.
How many letters can be personalized on a pillowcase?
Each letter is approximately 2 1/4” tall and up to eight letters will fit vertically down the edge of your pillowcase. More letters can fit if smaller-sized letters are used. There is also the option to have the name personalized horizontally along the edge of the pillowcase, although this method is not as popular.
Why does personalization cost an additional $5.00?
Each letter is traced onto a special fabric adhesive, ironed onto the coordinating fabric, cut out, carefully placed and ironed again onto the outer edge of the pillowcase and then individually satin-stitched around the edge so it will NEVER come off in the wash. This method is very time consuming, but worth it!
Can any pillowcase be personalized?
Yes, though the letters will show up better on those pillowcases that have a solid fabric on the edge.
How long does it take to personalize a pillowcase?
Generally, personalization will take an additional week.
Do you make gift baskets?

What kind of packaging do you use?
I use a kraft les fleur pattern for my gift boxes, wrap and tissue paper. The look is timeless and is appropriate for birthday gifts, baby gifts, hostess gifts or any gift.

Is there sales tax?
7.375% sales tax will be added to all orders shipped in NY.
What is your return policy?
Although we are sure you will love your handcrafted items, if there is a problem with your order, please notify us immediately. Send the item back to us in its original condition for a credit within 7 days of receiving. Shipping charges will not be refunded and any personalized order cannot be exchanged or refunded..
